Tagged by Marjorie!

Here are the rules: {Feel free to copy and paste these --- the rules; not my answers! Teehee!}

Link to your tagger and post these 3 rules on your blog.

Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.

Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.

Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

Here's my 7:

1) I had no interest in ever being a teacher or doing "presentations" every single day...but that is what I am doing with my "awesome education" :)
2) I don't balance a cheque book. Does anyone still do that?
3) I keep all sorts of strange things with the intention of scrapbooking them someday, but chances are, I never will.
4) I could go days without leaving my house. And I love being outside. I just get distracted and forget to do it!
5) I have good intentions but poor followthrough.
6) I wish my women's hockey team allowed checking because there are some very nasty players there who could use a good toss up against the boards and I would love to be the one to do it.
7) I plan to sleep away the first 2 days of my "summer break". then I intend to clean the house and go back to work and have the fall prepared before the end of June.
Ok, so now I tag: Mother, Vicky, Erica, Wolf, Boo, Nik, and Alison.

Christmas Eve and Morning at Home

Christmas Eve! We went home and the kids were already in their Jammies, Annika was even asleep but woke up,there was too much excitement :)

The kids put out the treats they had for Santa and his Reindeer....Cookies and chocolate milk, and Reindeer Chow for the deer :)

So carefully setting things out

contemplating what the morning would bring :)

In the morning the kids got up to find that the treats were gone! A sure sign that Santa had come, despite all Mom's threats that he would not!

some Masters girls got up cranky! They all slept in,but oddly, still Annika had to be woken in the morning. I dont think we heard a peep before 730 am :)

Patience wearing a little thin on Holly who couldnt contain herself :) Off to see what Santa brought!

Christmas Eve Party at the Masters'

we always spend Christmas Eve with Scott's parents and families in Old Barns. Tend to be heading home earlier these years, with kids ready for bed but not willing to go there! I remember Taylor's first Christmas, she was so cute! She was 10 months old and the center of attention, and still awake very late, Nanny and Grampy gave her the wagon and she was pulled around the house like a little princess, making sure everyone saw her! TOO cute!

Anyway we still go, for how long IM not sure.

The kids were cranky this Christmas eve, well we all seemed kinda tired and cranky. Getting ready to go was challenging :)
Taylor has a new dress, very cool :)

Cranky Holly didnt want her photo taken or for anyone to either talk to her or ignore her either....cant win with that one.

CutiePie Annika :) being good for the instant.!

Tired but ready to go!

Happier once drinks in hand!

Girlies got some pop and that was a treat that made them all cheer a little!

Looking festive in Jeans, hmmmm that's my Girl!

The youngers checking out the food, making their choices!

Couldnt get a good photo of the kids with the grands, too cranky!

Better photo of the Grands and the 5 little ones :)

Taylor and Great Nan

Holly and Great Carlene

Nanny opening the scrapped Christmas Present :)

Daddy's practically only photo from Christmas Eve party :)

Went home to get ready for Santa's visit fairly early :)

The Christmas Photoshoot

We always have a Photoshoot for the Christmas card, but this year didnt really go all that well. Time was hard to come by, and the kids were less agreeable than usual, which is scary considering how disaggreeable they usually are.
Anyway one day before school we threw the poor kids in front of the tree. Lots of tears, Annika didnt want to do it. Lots of attitude from Dear Taylor. Nice. and Holly was just so annoyed with the whole thing. And most aggreeable.

Look at the cat in on the photo shoot! What a distraction!

The break down is starting...
A BUTT shot. what is with that?

Glamour shots

And the one we finally picked!

Recital

There was a recital with Taylor's Youth Singers choir and a lot of piano students, it was super nice! And very festive!
The choir was joined by some violin and a cello player and a fellow who played a little ukelele and two fellows on these pipes...it was great! Im sure at the time I remembered more LOL!

The GingerBread House Fiasco!

was a fiasco hahahahaahah! We bought the kit last year and ran out of time, so didnt get to make the house. So this year I pulled it out and although I was somewhat grossed out because it WASNT ruined (um how many chemicals are in that stuff?) we still made the house.

We got the house together but didnt really get the yard decorated, as the DOGS ate the snow man and the trees and the kids ate the candy (again, a year old...GROSS) and anyway we had a Gingerbread house on the TV stand for ages! It was fun to put it together and next year we will try again!
